The Bed Place is a local business which is family owned and operated. It was founded in 1987 by Garph Lords. He started distributing in small volumes, but his success eventually led him to open their location on Main Street in Rexburg, Idaho. The business has been there since 1991. The Bed Place is owned by Garph Lords and managed by Terry Dehlin, his daughter. The Bed Place is proud to have served the community with quality products and excellent customer service for over twenty-three years. The store offers exceptional customer service and a friendly, home-town feel. They look forward to continued business, both keeping loyal customers and attracting new ones. The Bed Place serves its customers with fast delivery service, if needed. BYUI students often need a bed the same day as they arrive in town. There is prompt delivery service to avoid students from sleeping on the floor. One of the stores main objectives is fitting each customer with the right mattress for their own comfort. The corporate Serta office has recognized them as one of the best “mom and pop shops” in the surrounding areas.
