Maverik was founded in 1928 by Reuel Call as a 2 pump gas station, now in 2015 Maverik has over 260 stores in 7 different states. On January 7th, 2015 the new owner and niece of Reuel, Crystal Call Maggelet, was very excited to open the new store in Rexburg, as she has family living there and had the opportunity to have her grandmother, Verla Brown cut the red ribbon at the Grand Opening.
