The Upper Valley Association of Realtors provide services to our members that promote ethical and professional standards that enhance our members’ to better serve the public in real estate transactions. By working with a Realtor member, the public is assured of personal and professional service by an agent who subscribes to a Code of Ethics. The Upper Valley Association serves the community, advocating to protect private property rights and equal housing opportunity for all.

The Upper Valley organization, part of the Idaho and National Association of Realtors, was founded May 11, 1951 and incorporated in the State of Idaho in March of 1984 as the Upper Valley Board of Realtors. In 1992 the name was changed to Upper Valley Association of Realtors.  We currently have 122 members in Madison, Fremont, Jefferson and Teton Counties.

In addition to providing real estate service to the public, as stated above, the Association is very involved in community service.  For many years the members have participated in the Adopt-a-Highway Program and been a partner with the Family Crisis Center in providing food and gifts for needy families at Christmas.  More recently they have been involved in acquiring grants for the area to provide such things as new benches in Park Street Park and donating to the special needs playground at Midway Elementary in Menan.  They also donate annually to the Rexburg Beautification Committee and support the Legacy Flight Museum’s bi-annual Air Show and Fly-In breakfast.  The Association supports Special Olympics and other worthy causes as needed.  Visit their Facebook Page, Upper Valley Realtors, for up to date area real estate information and great tips on buying and selling.
