Lulu Bella Boutique was opened December of 2010 by Cindy and the late Rick Nielson. The store offers women’s clothing, accessories, and gifts. As they came up with the concept of the store they wanted to incorporate Cindy’s grandmother Lulu’s name; but also to provide a friendly and unique shopping experience, with a goal of making their customers feel like family. Cindy feels like that not only would her grandmother be proud of the progress of the store, but her late husband Rick would be as well. She and all of the Lulu family feel blessed and honored to be a part of the Rexburg community, and would like to thank them for their continued support.
