The Great American Eclipse

The Rexburg Area Chamber of Commerce is offering booth space in a “Vendor Village” for 4 days – Friday, August 18th, Saturday, August 19th, Sunday, August 20th, & Monday, August 21st at Riverside Park near Rexburg Rapids. If you are a member of the Rexburg Area Chamber of Commerce the fee for this event is $100. If you are not a member the fee is $200.

You can DOWNLOAD and complete a booth application or we can mail you an application if you call us at 208-356-5700 or email us at janet@rexburgchamber.com. We can FAX you an application if you provide us with your FAX number.

Vendor Village Information

Looking for activities and other things to do during the eclipse? We have just the thing for you!

There will be a vendor village at Riverside Park starting August 18 until August 21 all day Friday through Monday. There will also be various activities taking place on the BYU-Idaho campus during those days. Come see what there is to offer! Some of the activities that will be provided include:

BYU-I Campus Tours

  • Campus tours will be given every hour from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 19, and Monday, August 21
  • Schedule your tour by calling 208-496-3125 or emailing campustours@byui.edu

Activities for Kids:  Saturday, August 19, 2017:

  • Make the “Phases of the Moon” out of Oreo Cookies: 11:30 a.m.
  • Make your own Paper Rocket: 12 p.m.
