Family Crisis Center

The Family Crisis Center is a public non-profit agency that has been in active service to the community since February of 1987.  Before then, the closest service for domestic violence or sexual assault victims was in Idaho Falls. Roger and Sybil Ferguson generously donated a home for a safe shelter and a small group of concerned citizens started the agency.

Our mission is to promote and provide safety to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault while engaging the community.

Through the years we have continued to improve and expand our services to what they are today.

We provide a 24-hour crisis line, safe shelter, crisis intervention services, support groups, immediate on-scene intervention with law enforcement, referral to other community services, community education, public awareness, and emotional and legal advocacy.

We serve Madison, Fremont, Jefferson, and Clark county residents.
