Event Description

“Embracing Growth and Change”

Dates

Sunday, September 22nd through Tuesday September 24th

Lodging

Lodging for the nights of September 22 and September 23 will be provided at the SpringHill Suites Marriott.  Each legislator will get a private room.

Those who wish to arrive earlier or stay later than the dates mentioned above need to reserve and pay for their own accommodations.

Travel

Travel during the Tour will be provided by Salt Lake Express.

Mileage

For those legislators who choose to drive to and from Rexburg, they will be reimbursed the flat rate of amount per mile driven.

Attire

Dress is casual and comfortable for the tours themselves.  Attire for Monday dinner is business dress.

Additional Guests

Spouses

Spouses of legislators are welcome and encouraged to attend the tours and the meals.  

Sponsors

Businesses and organizations who are Sponsors of the Tour are entitled to their respective privileges according to the amount of their donation.  

Other Organizations

Any other parties and organizations who are interested in attending are welcome to attend all Tour functions at the rate of $1,000 per each representative.

Optional Tour – Fly Fishing

The Henry’s Fork Foundation has offered to take up to 12 people on an all-expenses-paid fly fishing trip up the Henry’s Fork of the Snake River.  Interested parties can sign up for either Tuesday, September 24 or Wednesday, September 25.
