Citizens Community Bank was first established in 1997 by 12 business people living and working in the Pocatello, Idaho region. These hardworking Idahoans felt that banking needed to get back to the basics of service that community banking should be known for. With that ideal, the first branch was established in Pocatello, with its first official Rexburg branch opening in 2007. Citizens is now a part of the Glacier family of banks, and provides a whole suite of services from free checking accounts to extensive business offerings.
