Come to the Community Wellness Fair sponsored by Madison Cares and Madison Memorial Hospital! This event will take place at Madison Junior High School on May 4th, 2018 from 2-7 p.m. It is free admission, free screenings and there will be raffles prizes. Everyone of all ages are welcome!
