Fall Creek Skin and Health was started by Brett and Jan Bagley in 2004. Brett is a physician assistant who graduated from the University of Washington as a PA in 1997. After working in Urgent Care in Blackfoot and Dermatology Idaho Falls, he saw a need for dermatology focused family practice in Rexburg. After 17 years and thousands of patients, Brett continues to be honored to serve the skin care needs of the Rexburg Area. Brett is an active member of the Rexburg Kiwanis club.
