Membership Application

By signing this agreement, you the Chamber Member (identified on this form in the name field where the id=1) consent to enroll your business in an annual membership with The Rexburg Chamber of Commerce. As part of this agreement, you agree to the following terms:

Membership Fees: You agree to be charged the annual membership fee, effective immediately upon signing. The fee is non-refundable and will be billed today.

Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew each year on the anniversary of your enrollment. You agree to be charged the same annual membership fee at that time unless otherwise notified of a change in the fee schedule.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice to The Rexburg Chamber of Commerce. To do so, you must send a cancellation request to ap@rexburgchamber.com. Cancellations will be effective upon confirmation of receipt by the Chamber, and no refunds will be issued for fees already paid.

Accurate Information: By signing this agreement, you affirm that all information provided by you is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

This agreement serves as a legally binding contract between you and The Rexburg Chamber of Commerce, and by signing, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

By checking this box, I consent to the Rexburg Area Chamber of Commerce collecting and securely storing my personal data in compliance with GDPR regulations. I understand that my data will not be shared with third parties and will only be used for legitimate business purposes. I also acknowledge my right to access, modify, or request the deletion of my personal information at any time by contacting the Chamber.

Beginning April 1, 2025 - Chamber memberships now auto-renew annually for your convenience. Billing occurs on your renewal date, ensuring uninterrupted benefits.
